Our quality
Employing the right people is only the start. We ensure adequate induction and training occurs at the commencement such that when our bookkeepers commence their work they know our expectations, methods and strucure. They will know about your business before they start. Our bookkeepers receive taxation updates, training periodically to ensure they are kept up to date and informed on issues relevant to you. These skills are backed up and enhanced by tailored communication channels between BBIT and Bates Cosgrave.
Your protection
Our contracts are designed to support the protection of intellectual property and other sensitive information of our business and that of our clients. Each director is a Chartered Accountant or similar and are bound by pronounced rules of professional conduct and courtesy. We formally review and scope each assignment to ensure that expectations between us and our clients are congruent.
