The owners of Better Do It are predominately chartered accountants with significant small business and private client expertise.
What is the fee structure?
The fee structure will depend on the service being offered. All clients are advised of the fee or commission arrangement of each service at the time of the transaction.
What guarantees of quality assurance exist?
The group is controlled by chartered accountants and accordingly are subject to strict rules of ethical conduct and failure to act ethically can lead to disciplinary action including loss of registration to conduct advisory services.

How long do I have to wait?
We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Where we are unable to provide a definite response we will advise this is the case. Ultimately, the nature and complexity of the enquiry will determine the time taken to respond.
